DRAFTING & DETAILING

From kitchen design to fireplace millwork, we can draft your ideas to help with permit applications and conveying ideas to your customers. Bring your own ideas or come to us to develop a vision. Our customer facing experience allows us to feel comfortable leading the design, and our architectural office experience has made us efficient in more of a support role.

FINISH & FIXTURE SELECTION
- Basic deliverables include: Concept presentation depicting furniture, lighting, and finish selections, rendered 3D views of rooms, pricing sheets for selected furniture, lighting, and accessories, plumbing fixture selection and appliance selection

DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS & UPGRADES
If you are a contractor or developer looking to refresh your standard finish offerings or provide tiered pricing to your homeowners, A. Lee Interior Design can provide on trend and organized finish packages. We can work with products and vendors you are used to using or bring our own favorites to the table.
Aside from standard finish selections and optional upgrades, we can also provide different kitchen layouts, accessory packages, and decorative lighting options. We are happy to assist the homeowner with selecting finishes and upgrades for a fee of $200 for a 2 hour consultation, or include that service in your building contract! Currently, all services are priced per hour. Fixed rate pricing is available after project review.
